The community requires owners to provide details, plans or specifications for all exterior modifications to the home. The owner must submit an ONLINE ARC form to management for board approval.
The ARC form is used to provide description of the modifications and also contractor information. This helps maintain the communities appearance and makes sure all owners follow community guidelines and restrictions.
The turn around time for ARC forms is 15 to 30 calendar days.
